How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We always ship our orders the same business day, but carrier times can typically take 7-15 business days.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are NOT responsible for items lost by the carrier. Reimbursements will only be given by items lost or damaged by the carrier if the customer has purchased shipping insurance at checkout. We do NOT cover loss of order if the wrong address is given or the recipient is not available at delivery.
